Vidhya Gas Service is an independent gas appliance repair and pipeline fitting service operating in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. We are not an authorised service centre for any appliance manufacturer, and not an agency of any LPG marketing company or PNG distributor.
A booking is confirmed when we agree a date and a time window with you by phone or WhatsApp. If we are running late, we will call. If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as you can.
Labour on a completed repair is covered for 90 days from the date of service. If the same fault returns within that period, we will attend again without a further labour charge. The warranty does not cover a different fault, damage caused by misuse or by someone else working on the appliance, or parts that carry their own manufacturer warranty terms.
If you can smell gas, close the main valve or cylinder valve, open the windows, do not operate any electrical switch, and call us or your gas agency's emergency line from outside the kitchen. We may decline to work on an installation we judge to be unsafe until it has been made safe.
Please make sure the technician can reach the appliance and the gas point. Where the work needs the counter, cabinets or wall to be opened, we will tell you before starting. Making good plaster, tiles and paint is not included unless it was quoted for.
Our liability is limited to putting right the work we carried out. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from the condition of the appliance or installation before we attended.
